Aaron Fernandes is a dynamic force in the global performing arts landscape. As the founder and CEO of Aaron Fernandes Entertainment (AFE), he is known for his ability to foster long-term partnerships, and an uncanny talent for turning complex challenges into seamless solutions.
Before launching AFE, Aaron served as General Manager of The Danceworx Performing Arts Academy (TDX), where he led operations, events, business development, and special projects. He played a pivotal role in managing multiple sold-out international tours for Navdhara India Dance Theatre (NIDT)—one of India’s most acclaimed contemporary dance companies—across Canada, China, South Africa, Mexico, Germany, Israel, Turkey, and more.
Through his global travels with TDX and NIDT, Aaron witnessed a significant gap in infrastructure for world-class arts management in India. This insight led to the birth of Aaron Fernandes Entertainment, envisioned as a conduit between Indian artists and the international contemporary arts ecosystem. AFE offers top-tier services to performers worldwide while amplifying Indian representation on prestigious global platforms.
Aaron is the India Project Head for CINARS and the only Indian invited by the China Association of Performing Arts (CAPA) to join the Asia Performing Arts Collaboration Forum—an initiative to foster deeper cultural exchange across Asia. Over the last six years, he has participated in 21 international conferences, making him a singular presence among Indian arts managers on the global stage.
Passionate about performance, travel, and international cuisine, Aaron thrives on touring, where his love for the arts meets his love for exploration.
