Aaron Fernandes Entertainment (AFE) is an international arts management organization based in Mumbai, India founded by Aaron Fernandes.

AFE specializes in contemporary dance but also works with companies and artists from across all genres and throughout the globe. Our mission is to be a two-way portal through which artists from India can reach the world and those from outside, can enter.

aARON fERNANDES

CEO & Founder

Aaron Fernandes is the founder & CEO of Aaron Fernandes Entertainment. An astute and well-travelled professional with over 15 years of experience, his expertise lies in building long term relationships with partners as well as finding immediate solutions to seemingly unsolvable problems (this skill was honed in a previous life, during his years working in the event, training, hospitality & aviation industries).

Prior to founding AFE, he was General Manager of The Danceworx Performing Arts Academy (TDX) where he oversaw operations, events, special projects and business development. He managed multiple sold-out international tours for Navdhara India Dance Theatre (NIDT), one of the most prestigious and prolific dance companies in India to Canada, China, South Africa, Mexico, Germany, Israel, Turkey as well as several other countries 

He is currently the India Project Head for CINARS and the only Indian invited by the China Association of Performing Arts (CAPA) to be part of the Asia Performing Arts Collaboration Forum, a forum started by CAPA to increase dialogue and co-operation between Asian countries. Over the last 6 years Aaron is surely the only arts manager from India to have attended 21 international conferences in performing arts.

His love of art and performance is rivalled only by his love of travel & international cuisine, so touring extensively means he can happily combine these passions.
